Pilsner | Clarity Ferm xBmt(Pilsner)

Josh and Sofi are relatively new Brew Haven members and home brewers.  This was their 4th.. yup 4th beer and it is excellent! Both Josh and Sofi pay special attention to every detail to ensure their final product is super delicious.  This pilsner is was extremely clear due to the use of whirlfloc and gelatin. The aroma smelled a little biscuity but was dominated by pungent hops (not out of style) which was surprising since Tettnang was used.  It was super clean tasting with that nice hop note coming through and highly refreshing.  This is definitely a beer to be replicated.  Congrats to Sofi and Josh!
